Cancellation and refund policy

Your quotation sets the booking conditions
Review the specific hotel, flight, transfer and activity cancellation conditions, the Pay to Confirm amount and every payment deadline before paying. Conditions can differ by supplier, property and travel date. A payment receipt acknowledges money received; supplier confirmation is shown separately.
Non-refundable services
A booking payment or service is non-refundable only to the extent that the applicable charge and condition were disclosed in your quotation before payment and are permitted by applicable law. Non-refundable tickets, property charges and dated cancellation cutoffs must be identified. Other services may allow partial or full refunds. Do not assume one policy applies to every component.
Requesting cancellation or amendments
Email sales@marketingstudios.in with the quotation reference and requested change. We will confirm receipt, obtain the applicable supplier outcome and explain charges or refundable amounts. A request does not itself cancel supplier services. Name/date/itinerary changes may require repricing and new availability.
Payment deadlines
Pay by the dates on your quotation. If you cannot, contact us before the deadline. Supplier holds may lapse and cancellation or amendment charges may apply. We will communicate the booking-specific consequences; an overdue payment does not automatically establish that all payments are forfeited.
Unavailable services or duplicate payments
If the supplier cannot confirm a quoted service, we will contact you about suitable alternatives or the applicable refund before proceeding. Report duplicate or incorrect payments with the payment identifiers; we will reconcile them before arranging any refund.
Refund processing
Once the refundable amount is confirmed, we will communicate it and the processing status. Razorpay refunds are normally returned through the original payment method; bank/provider timing applies. Supplier refund processing may take additional time and will be communicated. A receipt is not itself a refund authorisation. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
