These terms apply to your use of this website and any enquiry you submit. Please read them before sending a requirement.

1. About this website

This website is operated by VA Ventures (trading as "Travel by Marketing Studios"), GSTIN 27AAZFV7550K1Z4. It is an enquiry-only website. It does not sell packages or take payment online. Itineraries shown are suggested plans to help you visualise a trip.

2. Suggested itineraries

The day-by-day itineraries generated on this site are indicative examples. Actual sightseeing, sequence, hotels and timings are confirmed only in your final, personalised quotation. Availability, weather and local conditions may change any plan.

3. Quotes & pricing

Prices are shared only after you submit a requirement and are estimates until confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on travel dates, availability, hotel category and any customisation. International flights and visas are not included unless expressly stated.

4. Bookings & our role

We act as a travel intermediary: we plan your trip and arrange its delivery through vetted destination partners. A booking is confirmed only when a quotation is accepted and the agreed payment is received by us.

5. Payments

Any payments for a confirmed trip are made to VA Ventures through the channels we specify at the time of booking. Payment terms, deposits and schedules are stated in your quotation.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the hotels, airlines and services booked, and are set out in your quotation before you pay. Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds, where due, are processed as per those terms.

7. Liability

We take care in planning your trip, but we are not liable for delays, changes or losses caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport, weather or force majeure) beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services we arranged.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and for providing accurate traveller information. Please review your quotation carefully before confirming.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
