This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, sign in and submit an enquiry, and how we use it. By creating an account or submitting an enquiry you acknowledge this policy.

Who we are

This website is operated by VA Ventures (trading as "Travel by Marketing Studios"), a partnership firm registered in India. Registered office: Mumbai, India. Contact: customer service +91 22 4149 0078, sales@marketingstudios.in, or WhatsApp +91 99877 11300 (WhatsApp only; no calls).

What we collect

When you use Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image made available by Google. We use these details to authenticate your Travel account, connect your enquiries and display your reward balance. We do not receive or store your Google password.

For enquiries and bookings we collect your contact details, travel preferences, traveller/service details, quotation records, conversation notes, reward records and payment schedules. Razorpay processes checkout details; we retain payment identifiers, amounts, currency, status, receipts and the quotation/terms accepted. We do not store your complete card number or card security code.

For approved staff/agents we hold account and profile details, assigned leads, activity records, and documents requested for a defined administrative purpose. Profile photographs and documents are stored privately and access is limited to the account and authorised administrators. Supply identity or travel documents only when specifically needed.

How we use it

• To prepare and share a tailored holiday quote for you.
• To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To arrange your trip with our ground partners once you decide to proceed.
• To verify payments, provide receipts and send service emails and payment reminders.
• To create your customer account, show enquiries and administer the ₹5,000 first-booking Travel Credit.
• To send one welcome email after your customer account is created.
• To administer agent access, document requests and booking support.

We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary booking details with the suppliers delivering your trip, payment information required by Razorpay, and service data with our hosting, private database and email providers. Destination partners may process booking details outside India. Treat the private quotation link as confidential: anyone you share it with can view that quotation and its payment records.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses private first-party, anonymous activity reporting for the owner's Command Center. Optional Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tools load only after you choose the relevant analytics or marketing option in the site's privacy choices. Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to select, deliver and measure advertising; where consent is required, Google Funding Choices is loaded before the advertising script and advertising fails closed if that service cannot load. You can change optional tracking choices by reopening the privacy choices, and you may also clear this site's browser storage to reset them.

Data retention & your rights

We retain enquiries, booking/payment records and requested documents for their service or administrative purpose and applicable accounting/legal obligations. We review access and remove information when its purpose and required retention end. Request access, correction or deletion at sales@marketingstudios.in. Some transaction records must be retained even after an account closes.
